Please make sure you read our Terms and Conditions before placing any order, even if you have previously ordered with us. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Where specified: "You" refers to you the customer, and "Us" and "We" being Elle M. Please note: It is assumed that when you place your order that you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Ordering Stock Items
Use our ADD TO CART buttons to select your items and once you have finished shopping you may proceed to the checkout. Upon completion you will automatically receive a confirmation email (If you have chosen to pay by credit/debit card via Nochex or Paypal, you will also receive confirmation email advising you that payment has been made. Should you fail to receive either email please contact us to ensure your order has been placed and payment accepted. When your order has been dispatched we will send you another email advising you that your order is on its way.

Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card via Paypal, which is a secure payment gateway. You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to shop at Elle M

Please note that we no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.

UK postal charges
(Including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man)
Orders up to the value of £31.99 are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and orders of £32.00 and over are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is required upon receipt of all goods. Postage is automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to order value.

P&P for orders up to £31.99 is £3.00
P&P for orders over £32.00 is £5.00
Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by strikes or events beyond our control (including but not limited to fuel strikes, postal strikes etc).

International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom please email us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Dispatch
Most fascinators are despatched within 28 days, however, if you have chosen a bespoke accessory your order will be despatched within 6 weeks. (see Bespoke Ordering Information)

Bespoke Items
All bespoke orders should be placed via email info@ellem.co.uk Please send us your enquiry and we can advise you of the items' price and current delivery schedules.

Out of Stock Items
In the unfortunate event of an item in your order being out of stock, dispatch will take slightly longer. We will contact you should we have any difficulties with your order and we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery time. We will always try our best to keep delays to a minimum. If you have already paid for your item and wish to cancel your order for an out of stock item, we will issue a refund immediately.

Discontinued Items
Occasionally our suppliers will discontinue some products without prior warning. In these events we will advise you if we are unable to fulfil your order. If you have already paid for your order. A refund will be issued immediately.

Returns policy
We will refund any* unsuitable item minus original postage costs, provided it is returned to us within 7 working days of receipt, unworn with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please notify us immediately if you wish to return any item.
If you have paid via Paypal, you can choose to have the refund made into your account - please be aware in this case that Paypal will deduct their fees from this amount. Alternatively you can choose to have your refund made by cheque.

*All earrings are supplied in clear packaging which are security sealed. You will be able to examine your new product without removing the packaging. Health and Safety regulations will not permit any refund or exchange on earrings which are returned with their security seal broken. Bespoke/special commission headwear made to order cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please ensure items for return are properly insured during shipping, and return them to the following address.
